He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Cascadia College. During his corporate service period, Nick held two leadership roles on the Starbucks Corporate Accounting Team and left Starbucks after leading the Company’s SEC Reporting Team to assume a Director and Controller role for Zulily. During the summer of 2023, Nick left Zulily and founded CPA firm, Bilotta & Company, CPAs, LLC.
