Terms of Service

Introduction
Welcome to Bilotta & Company, CPAs, LLC. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

We offer tax preparation, planning, and accounting services through annual sign-up and subscription-based engagements for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, timely information and maintain communication for services to be completed.

Engagement Terms

After you sign up online, we will schedule an introductory call to determine scope of services and final cost. Costs may be different from listed prices due to additional scope of services required or complexity of work. Services and cost are governed by engagement letters, which must be electronically accepted before work begins. We reserve the right to disengage from performing services for any reason or if our engagement letter is not signed. In this case, you will be refunded in full.

Payment & Billing

Annual sign-up engagements are billed 50% upon signing of our engagement letter and the remaining upon delivery of your tax return for your review. Subscription fees are billed monthly. 

Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Bilotta & Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through mediation in the State of Washington per CPA engagement agreements.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

Names, emails, phone numbers, EINs, SSNs, financial data, and uploaded tax  documents.

How We Use It

For service delivery and marketing, internal compliance, and billing purposes only.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners (e.g., tax software vendors, e-signature providers) under signed confidentiality agreements.

Security Measures

Access is limited to credentialed staff via secure systems.

Your Rights

Clients may request data deletion, correction, or export.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Options

Clients may choose monthly or annual billing. Services begin after engagement letter signature and first payment.

Renewal Terms

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Cancellation Process

Clients may cancel via the client portal. Refunds are not provided for work already completed. Preparation and e-filing of tax returns requires a full 12-month subscription. 

Modifications

Tier upgrades/downgrades require written notice and may be subject to approval based on service volume.
